SBCC's Scheinfeld Program for Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Hi!
I am new on board at SBCC as the Director of the Scheinfeld Program for Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Our program gives you not only the knowledge but the practical tools to help get your business ideas off the ground. But, there's lots of work yet to be done to expand the program and services to the students. I am looking forward to forging relationships and collaborations in our vastly creative and entrepreneurial community.
I encourage you to contact me with questions about our program, and invite you to help me create our new mentor program. We are looking for experienced business owners (past or present) to help guide our students through the trials and tribulations of starting a business.

Welcome to SBCC. I'll look forward to welcoming you in person this week. This is such an amazing town for entrepreneurship. From our big-league non-profits to our Motel 6, Sambos, Deckers... brands. Something in that Cachuma water seems to drive us into making dreams happen. Did you know that even Lockheed started here? Two brothers lunched sea planes from the water right below the Mesa Campus of SBCC at the start of what now is one of the largest aerospace companies in the world.
For those older than 50, going into one's own enterprise is a GREAT option.
